This agreement is made between THE ARTISTRY OF RACHEL (referred to as “The Studio”) and the renters (referred to as “the Customer”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellation and Fees:

   • Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not provided.
   • Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed with full store credit if done more than 48 hours in advance. Credit is valid for one year.
   • Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the booking time incurs full payment responsibility.

2. Capacity:

   • The studio room has a maximum capacity as per city By-Laws:
     • Maximum 100 attendees, including photographers/videographers.

3. Term:

   • The agreement term begins and ends on the selected dates and times.
   • The Customer must vacate the premises at the end of the term.

4. Reschedule:

   • Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the original booking time, entitling you to full studio credit.
   • Rescheduling within 48 hours is not allowed.

5. Conduct:

   • Customers must conduct themselves professionally with appropriate attire and maintain noise levels that do not disturb others.
   • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

6. Responsibilities for Damages:

   • The Customer is liable for any damage or loss to the premises, excluding normal wear and tear.
   • Cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left unfit for the next customer.

7. Damage Deposit:

   • A $200 damage deposit and valid credit card are required before the session starts.
   • Additional repair costs exceeding the deposit are the Customer’s responsibility.
   • Deposit refund occurs at the end of the session.

8. No Alteration:

   • Customers cannot alter the premises without prior written consent.
   • No affixing to walls or removal of furniture/fixtures is allowed without consent.

9. Equipment Usage:

   • Operating large business machines or conducting mechanical business, cooking, or using flammable materials without consent is prohibited.
   • Special wiring must be done by a designated electrician.

10. Animals:

    • Animals are not allowed on the premises without prior approval.

11. Extreme Weather:

    • In cases of extreme weather preventing attendance, rescheduling may be accommodated at the Studio’s discretion.

12. Rights Reserved:

    • The Artistry Of Rachel reserves the right to establish additional rules for safety, care, and cleanliness of the premises.
