Kindly be aware that outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio rooms for photographers and other team members. Photographers are kindly requested to either bring indoor shoes or utilize shoe coverings. For all wedding parties, it is imperative to ensure that shoes are clean. Please note that there will be a damage fee incurred for standing on the furniture.

A cleaning fee, ranging from $60 to $200, will be applied if outdoor shoes are worn inside the studio.

Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from Studio staff. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged in addition to the regular booking fee.

Customers are prohibited from subleasing or sharing the rental space, either in whole or in part, or assigning the agreement regarding the rental space.

The Studio must be restored to its original condition before the end of your booking. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee ranging from $60 to $200 if the Studio is not suitable for the next customer.

We advise arriving punctually for your studio booking. If you arrive ahead of schedule, kindly wait outside until your designated time. Please note that our studio does not have a waiting or common area.

Our staff will conduct a brief inspection of your studio room within 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure it's left as found. Furniture and props should be returned to their original positions, and all trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

A fee ranging from $60 to $200 will be applied if furniture and props are not returned to their original positions.

During your studio session, our staff may conduct room checks if loud noises, furniture movement, or potential breaches of studio rules and safety are detected. Prior to entering, they will knock on the door and issue a warning.

Our studios strictly prohibit the use of facilities for shooting pornographic or adult content.

Consumption of any alcoholic beverages on the premises is strictly prohibited. If any member of your party arrives at the studio under the influence of alcohol, we reserve the right to request their immediate departure.

Smoking, including the use of recreational drugs, is not permitted on the studio premises.

Active flames are strictly prohibited within the Studio premises. A fire extinguisher is conveniently located at the entrance for safety purposes.

Please be aware that failure to adhere to studio rules, disrespect towards studio staff or other patrons, will lead to immediate termination of your booking and may result in a permanent ban from from our Studio

Please be aware that our studios do not have soundproofing. If you plan to shoot video content, please contact us. Due to the lack of soundproofing in our studio, we ask that noise levels be kept at a reasonable volume, including any music played. Furthermore, any music played in the studio must be free of explicit content. If noise levels become excessive, we may request that it be lowered.
